Common Questions

How does the replay upload work?
You upload .rec replay files directly through the Replay Analyzer page. The parser extracts every kill, death, plant, defuse, and operator choice at the round level — all stored privately in your team's database.
Is my team's data private?
Yes. Each team has its own isolated Firebase database node. Only authenticated members of your team can access your match data. No other teams can see your stats, replays, or coaching notes.
What does the invite code system work?
The captain generates an invite code in Team Management. Players sign up using that code and are automatically linked to your team. The Team plan includes 5 codes (enough for a full roster), the Org plan includes 25.
Who can access the Coach Suite?
The Coach Suite is restricted to players with the Captain, Coach, or Analyst role. Regular players can still view all stats pages but cannot access the coaching tools or delete matches.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be prorated for the remaining period.
