By creating an account or accessing R6 Insights ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
R6 Insights is an esports analytics platform for competitive Rainbow Six Siege teams. The Service provides match data analysis, replay parsing, team management tools, and related features through subscription plans.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Access to the Service requires a valid subscription code, which may be obtained through a direct purchase or team invite. Subscription codes are non-transferable except through the team management tools provided within the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without permission; (d) upload content that violates third-party rights; or (e) abuse, harass, or interfere with other users.
Match replay files you upload remain your property. By uploading, you grant R6 Insights a limited licence to process and display that data within the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
All platform code, design, and content not uploaded by users is the property of R6 Insights. Rainbow Six Siege is a trademark of Ubisoft. R6 Insights is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ubisoft.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. R6 Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which R6 Insights operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
